Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we offer standard shipping across India. Express shipping options are being evaluated and will be introduced soon.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at herbalssamruddhi@gmail.com.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
At present, we ship exclusively within India. International shipping is planned for the future.
