Return Process
Initiate Your Return

Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number along with shipping instructions within 24–48 hours.
Ship the Product
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Prefer a Swap?
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different variant — a different size, scent, or formulation. Exchanges are available for items of equal or higher value.
If the replacement product is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. The exchange follows the same return process outlined above.
